Applications & Safety Instructions
All surfaces must be pressure cleaned or hosed down, depending on it's condition before the application.
No moss, algae, lichen, sand, dust, oil, chemicals or flaking paint must be on the surface when applying this product.
Stir this product well and leave open for 30 minutes in a cool dry place before the application.
This product must be applied on a sunny day, with no rain expected for 48 Hours.
3 Coat application is required.
This product can be applied with a Brush or Roller Brush.
Brush, Roller Brush, etc. can be reused again it it's kept in the same sealed container.
2 - 4 Hours drying time for foot traffic.
10 - 12 Hours drying time for heavier traffic.
(Indoor and Outdoor drying times may differ, therefor allow 24 hours drying time before recoating.

This Rejuvenator is not waterproof, nor a sealant.
Can be used only on Paving, Cement and Tar surfaces.
Do not mix Water or any other Chemicals to this product as it is already designed to be applied as-is.

100% Thick Rubber Sealant Paint

No rust, moss, algae, lichen, sand, dust, oil, chemicals or flaking paint must be on the surface when applying this product.
Stir this product well and leave open for 30 minutes in a cool dry place before the application.
If you want a Thicker Viscosity Paint, leave the product open in a cool dry place for 2 - 10 Hours or longer for a 100% thicker paint consistency.
This product must be applied on a sunny day, with no rain expected for 48 Hours.
3 Coat application is required with membrane to seal all gaps and cracks.
This product can be applied with a Brush, Roller Brush or Squeegee.
Brush, Roller Brush, etc. can be reused again it it's kept in the same sealed container.
